RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges for items that are unworn and in resellable condition, this means nothing that is damaged by the customer or worn. For a full refund or exchange contact within 10 days of the original purchase and mail the item back within 30 days of the original purchase.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the original order. Items must be returned with all of the Los Angeles Trading Co. tags still attached and must be in the original packing such as dust bags, or polybags.
All sale items are final sale and are not qualified for return or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN
Please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 10 days of your original purchase. Keep in mind that if you want to return your item, it must be returned to our warehouse within the 30 days from the original order, so contact us as soon as possible to proceed with the shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
