Stain on bag
I like it but was disappointed that it came with a stain in the front. I don’t like going through the hassle of returning so kept it. Hope this isn’t anyone else’s experience

Excellent customer service. LATC sent me another bag when I informed them the first one I received had a scratch on the hardware. The zipper is a bit stiff when opening and closing. Material is light weight. One size, not enough holes for my small waist. Good for crossbody.
